Dont know about that, all the tvs i've been looking at are still the same price.
Well the Sony 40W4000 jumped from £769 last week, to £799 at the weekend to £849 the instant this 10% offer started.

Hmmm. they have the Panny TH42PZ81B for 1K (£900 after discount) JL do have the 5 Yr Warranty though for the extra £100:shrug:
Also noticed a PZ85B model, £100 cheaper, is that a slightly older model than the 81B, JL don't don't stock this one.
The 81 is freesat and the 85 freeview. Other than that minor differences (the 85 has a couple of extra viewing features that most reviewers seem to turn off as do not look good!)
John Lewis (http://www.thedvdforums.com/affiliatelink.php?localaffiliateid=57) have the PZ80 too which is exactly the same panel etc as the 81 but just freeview and that is 849 but was only 749 the other week :|

I see, thanks for that :)
Ok then, say you have Sky+ HD would Freesat be pretty pointless then, as I understand it ITV HD is only available on Freesat, is that the only channel, and is it likely to change anytime soon.
Yes, with SkyHD I would say freesat is pointless. And no idea about ITV as apart form F1 and Pushing Dasies I have not watched it in years, but would think Sky (http://www.thedvdforums.com/affiliatelink.php?localaffiliateid=75) will get it soon enough.

Not to mention that HD will be coming to Freeview soon (2009) anyway.
The code has been updated, it is now valid against almost everything that is instock and over £200. There are some exclusions which are listed in the first post.

tried using the discount code twice yesterday ordering a plasma for a friend and each time it came up with an invalid code error
Has anyone ever claimed on their extended warranty? Any good? (The one through EdXtra).

Well, was going to place an order for about £1200 worth of appliances, but only applys to items in stock so would only save me about £25. Shame, will have a bit more of a look around...
This promotion is running again until midnight on Monday 24th November 2008

Worth mentioning that this now includes out of stock items.

Which would be great if they hadn't magicked it off the site...

I see at least 4, which are you after?
The tv I bought last year 'disappeared' when one of these offers was on, just rang them up and they put it through with the discount, no quibble.
I see at least 4, which are you after?
It was the KRP-A...model.
It was there when the offer originally kicked off.
