Mokia N95 8gb - how to copy the sim

folks I have one of these and I am selling it - I am looking to make sure I have copied all my stuff on the phone to my sim - moreover I want to make sure none of the info is left on the phone....sounds easy? But it has not been - any idiot proof ideas to help me seeing as the instruction manual is mince ??:thumbs:

ps - im selling this phone but dont want to reset to the factory default because I want to leave some mp3s, mp4s on it :thumbs:

why not reset to factory defaults and copy the media back?, surefire way to ensure you've done the deed?
