View Full Version : contact lenses - dailies. Do u buy them online? Where?
I'm to be getting ripped off by my optician £30 a month for dailies.
Where do u get yours online?
www.lens-net.com are great. They were recommended here a while ago and I used them and had great service. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
Cheaper than my optician for 60 and 90 days worth of lenses, about the same for 30 days.

did any of you hear about that case in the US where a group of people sued a contact lens manufacturer for false advertising or something. if i recall they were selling daily contact lenses and saying that you can only wear them once when you could actually wear them for up to 30 days. anyway they won and got their money back for all the lenses they bought but didnt really need:clap:
What's the deal with lenses? Can u save more as well by using dailies for longer than a day eg: disinfect twice then throw away?
I know that Dollond & Aitchison do them by post. But don't know if they're any cheaper but you do get free check-ups.
just ordered a years worth of monthly lenses from specsavers.com cost £58 pounds online, whereas its nearer £150 on the high street.
They do dailies aswell dunno how much the price difference is there.
Got 10% discount off until end of Feb 2002
Hope thats useful.......
