Been using this comany for over a year without having to return a single item untill this week.

Had a 6 month old Lite-On 24x speed Writer that refused to read CDs so i contacted them about returning it.

Sent it to them on the Monday, they got it late Tuesday and a replacment has just turned up today.

I really think this is great service for such a small company.

They answered all my e-amils within an Hour (which is normal for them i have found) even on a Sunday evening late.

If you have used them they you'll probably agree that there excellent but if you have'nt give erm ago. A great company with excellent after sales support. Rizel

Agreed. I made my first order the other day, it was quick to turn up and cheap too!

Agree too. Ordered 100 DataSafe White Label CD's from them and one of their sample packs. Though i paid for next day delivery, the delivery company didn't deliver. 121cdr said they were very sorry and offered to send out another package if it didn't turn up the day after.

The DataSafe Whitelabel CD's are fantastic, work great in every machine. Just as good as Kodak CD's, if not better!

Absolutely 101% agreed - they sent a package to the wrong address once (I wanted it delivered to my girlfriend's house as the CD-r were for her) and when I called them they offered to pick it up from me and deliver it to her - when I said that it was OK, they knocked the shipping off my next order.

Excellent customer service, recommended with no reservations at all.
