View Full Version : play - poor delivery?
Anyone else had problems with plays delivery times of late? I always used to get stuff off them on the release day or the latest the day after. The last 2/3 things I have had from them haven't even been dispatched till often 2 days after their release and the latest stargate disc is still not with me (and it was released 4 days ago!).

No probs here - had 10 discs from them over the past 2 weeks, all shipped within a day.
I've never had a problem with them until this week, my order for Atlantis SE said processing on monday night, 5 days later its still saying that despite the website saying its in stock, usually posted within 24 hours.
I was looking forward to watching that tonight. :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
My Atlantis dvd still says processing at play yet arrived on Friday. Processing does not necessarily mean they havent posted it, just they cant be bothered to update the order.

I must admit I have had a few problems with them.
Items taking too long to arrive, Overcharging.
They have got slightly worse.

Never had a problem with Play; ordered over 70 DVDs from them in the past year.
Latest order was for Futurama - released Monday, posted Tuesday, received Friday. :D
