Is it possible to buy out and obtain PAC on TMobile

At the moment I'm on FlexT 35. Contract is up first week of January. Is it possible to get TMobile to drop my tariff down to the minimum, then allow me to pay off the remainder then get a PAC code?

Do I need to do these things separately. Ie drop down, wait until the change occurs, then pay off remainder, then request PAC?

yes you need to drop and wait for the change, once this has done by asking for the pac code this is classed as a termination, they will ask you to settle the remaining line rental at the lower cost upfront and they give you your pac code....

a new law passed last month, were mobile phone networks are required by law to give you your pac code if you request it.. (as long as you pay the buyout of course)

You can't buy out at a lower rate than you started a 12 month contract at, I found out yesterday by calling.
