Still waiting for disc from Free shipping weekend at TotatActionUniverse

I must say this company must be one of the worst DVD retailers I have ever placed an order with. In the future even if they offer a free DVD I for certain will not place another order with them. I still have not received one order from them and it has now been over 3 month. Am I the only one who is still waiting. I sent them an e-mail now cancelling the order, as I am not willing to wait any longer.

You're not the only one waiting - at present I still have 3 DVDs on backorder from October. I could just cancel I suppose, but I've still got quite a few unwatched films to get through, so I'll leave the orders in place to see just how inept the company really are. Next time they have a free shipping offer I'd advise to give this company a wide berth...
