How have you found it if you had to send anything back for an exchange etc.

Did you have to wait long before you heard from them after sending an item back?

Did you hear from at all and had to phone/email them to find out what was happening?

i had to return a fuji the week i bought it...i sent it back..they returned a new one by return post, after receipt of mine. Fast turnaround i found.
