I ordered an ATi Chip 64 MB Radeon 8500 LE TV 185.13inc VAT

However when it arrived it was an oem version when their web site says "Full retail box"
so be careful if you think you're getting a bargain.

Have a look http://www.microlanduk.com/

I rang to complain and they just said send it back, false advertising i presume.

Yes, this lot don't really know what they're on about. I ordered some Athlon MP 1.5Ghz 1800's off them because they were the cheapest I'd seen and my suspicion was that they were in fact Athlon MP 1500's because they were only listed on the site as "Athlon MP 1.5Ghz". I was assured on three seperate occasions that they were 1.5Ghz yet when they were delivered - yup, they were 1500's which are only 1.2Ghz. So I had to send them back and wait another two weeks for them to send the correct processors - which incidentally were slapped together in the same little box rather than protected seperately which I was none too happy with.
They are completely unresponsive to e-mails and rarely answer their phones as well.
Big thumbs down from me

I had problems with 2 Gainward 4600's last year (one faulty one being exchanged for another faulty one) from them last year. They dealt with them quite well and quickly. No complaints from me  (though I'll not buy another Gainward again - esp after the recent 4200 problems as well)
