Captain, there is no sentient life here... from a letter I received today:

We have looked carefully at the advertisment and note that the DVDs appear as part of a promotion with WH Smith. We consider that the advertiser makes clear that the advertised products are available at WH Smith and it therefore does not seem to breach the British Codes of Advertising and Sales Promotion.
Although we will not be pursuing your complaint, thank you for taking the trouble to write to us.

Did *anyone* think that this was exclusive to WH Smith? (Which it wasn't, anyway) - I've just phoned to correct them and they're now going to look into it properly. You'd have thought they might have *asked* WH Smith whether the correct product was sold there.
