K850i from O2 - quick question

I have a 1gb M2 card in my phone that I got O2 to throw in for free a year ago. Cant remember if the phone shipped with a smaller M2 card though?
Just bought wife an S500i flowers so wanna know if I should hunt out the box to look for a "stored" M2 mem card or else hit the bay for another one.

Also: M2 or MicroSD [K850i takes both] - which is better size/price ratio?

just snaffled a 1gb MicroSD for my dad from Ebay - should be more than enough for him.
Hopefully I can find the 512mb M2 that shipped with my phone otherwise I will try to get another 1-2gb microsd [or m2] for myself and wife can have my 1gb card.
upto 2gb is plenty enough for me tbh.
