Garmin Nuvi 250 or TomTom One V3

I cant decide which, but you forumites who already own one know. Which do I buy, with a budget of around £100?

I have the Tom Tom, wife has Garmin 200.

I prefer the Tom Tom as it seems to have better features

Any comments on the routing itself?

I've borrowed a 310, and I have TomTom5 on my PDA, & to be honest I prefer the software on the TomTom. the fact it allows multiple "Via" points & the Garmin allows one. the journey planner, the ability to elect to show POI's as your driving are just some of the things I prefer. However the physical size of the Garmin is better. Hmmm Still torn
