Audio recordings to pc?

Have some audio recordings that I've made on my Sony W810i (steam trains, woodpeckers, that kind of thing) but I'd like to get them on to my computer and convert them to mp3 if possible. They seem to be in .amr format and searching shows some sites that seem to offer converters but am reluctant to download something unknown. Does anyone have experience of doing this and can recommend a program?

I think Sony Ericson have an amr convertor, and I think Quicktime or Real Player should open them without any conversion.

Google and try "SUPER". It's a free app that should be able to convert the amr files to mp3 :)
