I ordered Cats & Dogs during their free shipping weekend. It finally shipped mid-November. By mid-December, it hadn't turned up so I e-mailed them. Two days later, they replied stating that they had shipped a replacement copy the previous week (how they knew it was missing is a mystery) and that they had opened an enquiry / trace on the original. Other discs ordered at the same time arrived OK.
By mid-January, there has been no sign of either copy, and TAU have not replied to any of my e-mails. I have asked them for a refund and referred the matter to my credit card issuer.
