Did anyone ever receive Cats & Dogs from TAU?

I ordered Cats & Dogs during their free shipping weekend. It finally shipped mid-November. By mid-December, it hadn't turned up so I e-mailed them. Two days later, they replied stating that they had shipped a replacement copy the previous week (how they knew it was missing is a mystery) and that they had opened an enquiry / trace on the original. Other discs ordered at the same time arrived OK.

By mid-January, there has been no sign of either copy, and TAU have not replied to any of my e-mails. I have asked them for a refund and referred the matter to my credit card issuer.

Yep, got mine. Waited weeks (along with another disc) like you and told them it must have got lost so they said, they'd issue replacements and run a trace on the lost ones. A few days later they both turned up.

Got mine too. No problems, apart from the delay.
