i ordered from them yesterday lunchtime. but as i pressed submit with all my details my pc decided to die, after about 4 mins worth of messing with it, i got an order number from them, and then my pc completly died.

so i sent em an e-mail explaining my pc died during the submit part. and i gave them my order number, and i only got a blank auto response from them

i have e-mailed them twice since then and had no reply

they havent taken the money out my account either


has anyone else had problems?

i got my mobile with me and they sid they would phone that, i'm at college now but i finish in half an hour, then i'm off home so i'll phone em when i get home and just tell em to send my order or i'll drive my new car through their shop and claim on the insurance for a new car

I have used them. I bought my dreamcast of them, the service was rubbish and when i got my dreamcast it was faulty:mad:

a £4.50 job at morrisons car wash, alloys are still a lil mucky at the rim though :(

its a nice car though, next time i see ya i'll take ya for a spin in it

i just rang newageconsoles again. and this time the guy told me they only deal with internet orders every few days, so they are checking them tomorrow, if i dont get the game on friday/satuday then ring them again and they will do a same day delivery.
but if i dont get it then i might just go over there and pick it up myself while calling them lots of names e.t.c.
