Placed an order for two DVDs for the first time with DVDBO early last week, my order status has still not been updated.

They have not replied to my e-mails either.

As I have never used them before are they any good??

Baps is correct in saying if it's no in stock then it could take a while.

I ordered Air Force Delta Storm for the Xbox back in early December and it's yet to ship. I've ordered another game since which was sent almost immediately and arrived in 2 weeks. The same goes for a few DVDs I purchased in their sale.
