Mordaunt Short Sub Set-Up CD

I've recently bought a second hand Mordaunt Short 309W Sub and so far am very impressed with it. However the Set-Up CD with the different tones etc is missing (vendor has lost it). Does anyone here have one that I could either borrow (I would pay for postage both ways) or purchase, just so I can make sure the sub is set-up correctly?
