Placed order on the 16th Jan, got email to say that I should get my things on the 18th. 18th came and went nothing. I waited for a few more days and then eventually a week came and went. I sent an e-mail to ask what had happened to my order. Got a reply that it was signed for by someone (my neighbour apparently)... but no one by that name lived there.

I then saw most of the stuff that I ordered for cheaper elsewhere and I duly bought them. I sent an email to wellbeing.com to cancel my order late saturday evening. Got an e-mail back on sunday morning saying that my replacement order has been arranged! WTF?

Today, I receive the replacement order, with half the stuff missing!! And the only thing I really wanted (A Zippy beanie) wasn't there either. I duly rang them up to ask what was going on. They said they sent me out an e-mail to say that my beanie wouldn't be sent (I never got the e-mail). My card has been charged for the full amount of my original order cos I checked yesterday. And the lady on the other end of the line couldn't explain why I hadn't got some of my other stuff.

I don't think that I'll be using them again! It was difficult enough placing the order in the first place due to their server problems and then even more problems getting the order!!

Sorry KAI, but I've used wellbeing.com several times in the past few months and there service is outstanding.

Unfortunately, this may have been a one-off incident.

I've had some cracking deals from them, 22.5 % off everything during october, including already discounted prices.

Anyone else care to comment, good or bad!

:)

I just got my credit card bill through and they've charged me for my original order that never came through (£18.52) and then they've decided to refund me £2 for the Zippy beanie. They said that they sent me an email about this, but I never got it. Then they have also refunded me £14.02. So they are still owing me £2.50!

I know that this is the delivery charge, but they've made the cock up and they shouldn't charge me anything really! Also they said that my neighbour signed for my original parcel, I find this very hard to believe as when they delivered my replacement parcel, I wasn't asked to sign for anything!

Still, I can't be arsed to go back for the £2.50, it's not worth the hassle IMO.
