I recived my Futurama Boxset today and i was well chuffed, until I opened it and realised there were two copies of disc 2 in the package (instead of one disc 2 and one disc 3)!

Has this happened to anyone else? The pack is in a slip case and was shrink wrapped so I doubt it could have been put there accidentally?

And to top it off I ordered it from Streets Online and thier customer service is a bit dodgy - I don't want to end up sending the set or the extra disc 2 back to them and then have them tell me they never got it (has happened to me before:( )

So now I'm thinking do I contact Fox UK or Streets Online?

What shall I do???

No, all 3 discs sealed properly. Only thing that bothered me was that subtitles appeared on the first episode (may have switched them on by mistake whilst looking at language tracks though), and the fact the episodes don't play back to back. ie 1 finishes, goes back to play menu for that episode.
Stunning picture though!
Pity it's not DD5.1 as well!

Send it back via recorded delivery. There's no way they can deny it's arrival then...

Hmmm I was watching it last night on my computer monitor and it flickers a lot (like the refresh is messed - but sharp... if u catch my drift).
Not tried it on the TV yet tho. No other film does that to me :(

Just send it back, I've never had a probem returning things to Streets, done it 5 or 6 times in fact. Never bothered with recorded delivery either, but if you have had problems beofre probably best to use it to be safe.
