Has Family Box Office (FBO) gone?

Have they bit the dust?

I placed an order last Wed. I didnt receive a confirmation screen so I emailed them for an invoice but got no response.

Since Wed night Ive emailed them 8 times and tried phoning (at all hours) about 5 times but it just rings out!

Dont want to re-order incase I get two orders sent to me.

Anyone else had this trouble?

AFAIK they have moved to larger premises very recently, so that may be something to do with it.

I got a parcel from them on Saturday which I'd ordered early last week.

Are they the same company as www.dvdboxoffice.com as I ordered from them last week and have had no email or reply either about my order :confused:

Family Box Office are based in Australia, whereas DVD Box Office are based in Canada.

No, FBO are an Australian retailer and nothing to do with boxoffice. Apparently the latter are quite slow atm, although reliable, if you read back through recent threads.

Ahhhh false alarm!

Got an email from them today. Its been a long weekend in Australia (very long) and they've been closed. :D
