I ordered a soldering item from them a Week last Saturday, I was expecting fairly quick delivery, I cancelled middle of last week as I finally managed to find one nearby, they said they would refund, still no refund.

Um, will give it a few more days.

useless bunch of monkeys, just got an e-mail saying my order has been despatched even though I rang middle of last week and said to cancel the order.

Rang them again and they said the order has been cancelled but I will be charged 10%!!, I didn't even order on credit card. Needless to say, I will be staying away from these trusty chaps in future.
