HD-DVD: 2001 for £4.99 delivered

Also Order of the Phoenix at £4.99 - cancelled my outstanding order at the Hut (moved the other HPs over to HMV at the weekend, but HMV didn't include OOTP in their offer).

My 2001 arrived this morning with a damaged disk that won't play. What are Play like with returns? I notice they don't have it in stock any more and I would prefer a replacement to a refund. I don't suppose they'll continue to stock these HD-DVDs
