Ive been offered a n95 8gig phone for a really good price.
Not dodgy as I know it belongs to the person selling it BUT he reckons hes been conned into signing up for something he didnt agree to in terms of the contract, and says hes paid for it and more and is disputing the price(apperently its one of these ripoff no credit check places btw and hes none too bright this lad) If I bought it off him, can the company disable it and render the functions useless if it goes to court?
As you can guess I dont know a lot about blocking/locking etc, please dont suggest anything if its illegal!
