Hi,
I've tried most the sites for price comparissions and all seem to be comming in about GBP£18.99 or more.
Can anyone tell me where I can get this movie cheaper ?
Many thanks.

Or move it......
Smiths are doing a 'buy a special edition dvd get a back catalogue one free'. So you could pick Terminator up here for about £17-20 (I think) and get another DVD free.
Its actually £19.99 at WHSmiths but then you can pick up a MGM title free.
Get the R1 version it is better

Hi,
Sorry for posting this in the wrong forum :)
Also, many thanks for the help to date, though as I live in Dublin, Ireland ... Smiths here are not doing the same deal I gather :(
For R2 Play.com seems to be an OK price

Does anyone have the R1 version? on DVD Compair it says R1 is better than R2 http://www.dvdcompare.org.uk/comparisons/film_results_page.php?fid=982
But on play it does not say if the R1 is 2 Disc or not? does anyone know if the R1 does have 2 disks like the R2 version?
Thanks

The R1 Terminator is on one disc, but a two-sided affair with the extras on the flip side...

Can confirm this as it has just arrived. R1 = DVD18
I paid £12.93 inc P&P from a&bsound. Ordered thursday arrived today
The other option is to get the R4, have a look on:

Nope. R2 and R4 are the same disc. R1 is the best

My post above may be wrong the R1 may not be a DVD18, but it is a double sided one. Film on one side, extras on other ie NOT a flipper
choices choices.... i have the R2 version and was planning to trade it in for the R1 version as it has a few more features but I really hate the idea of it being on both sides! so annoying that that did that :(
nevermind I think I will stick with my R2, but that for the info on the R1 :)

R1 is better, but not much
i dont think its worth bothering with if you have R2.
what more do you get ? commentary on deleted scenes ? you get text on the R2 anyway.
orig Mono track ? nice to know you have it, but are you actually gonna listen to it ?
