Tron from DVDBO - 2x disc 2 :(

Hi,

Tron popped through the letter box yesterday - surprisingly quickly I thought considering my recent xp of DVDBO.

Get around to opening the shrink wrap just now and consider my surprise to find 2 Disc 2's.

GRRRR.

Oh well, guess I can't be the first and won't be the last - but just curious to know if this is a Disney fault, considering it was shrink wrapped and all...

Any stories about return policies?

I got my copy of TRON SE on Friday from DVDBO and it's fine. When I found out the latest edition of Leon had duff rear channel sound, I got in touch with them and returned the disc for exchange. I ended up paying the return postage to Canada mind you. :(

I had a similar problem, my copy from play247 only had disc 1 in the box.

Ah - I guess you've already arranged an exchange with Play then?

If not, and you're in the UK somewhere we might be able to help each other out to save some postage...

But return postage to Canada.. hmm.. wondered if that'd be the case as my DVDBO stuff seems to come from France these days.

The guy at the 'Tron' Quality Control conveyor belt must had been asleep!

My copy had 10 inserts! :confused:

Discs were fine though...
