Looking for a laptop as desktop replacement!

Think I'll go for a new Sony Vaio

Best suppliers please for the laptop and for laptop accessories(carry cases,batteries,dc lead etc.)

Why don't you go for a non-sony model?

Mesh (http://www.meshcomputers.com) have some excellent laptops.

And I hate to admit it, but my laptop from Tiny (http://www.tiny.com) is excellent :D

I'm hoping to do some video editing and the Vaios seem IDEAL for the job and I have to admit I'm a big Sony fan
I know it shouldn't cloud my judgement but it does!! :p
