View Full Version : CDWow!? Ordering probs!!!

OK, it's very late/early, and I've had a couple of JD's & coke, but I can't for the hell of me work out how to order a DVD from CDWow!

I've got a Safedoor voucher that I want to use before the end of the month, but when I click the add to cart button I can't find what to do next!!! I can't find any checkout button to finalise my purchase.

What have I missed?

(if it's something so obvious, please forgive me.....I'm very, very drunk!;) :nuts: )

When ordered, it should show up in your cart, on the top right of the screen. Under the cart it should say proceed to checkout or checkout.
During the checkout there should be an option to buy through safedoor towards the bottom of the screen.:)

Wonder if CD Wow will be adding any new titles soon? - there is only American Pie: UE that I want and I have my £5 off £15 voucher to use!

i am hoping that they will add family guy and futurama to their list soon. these are the two dvd sets that i really, really want.

john316 be weary of the American Pie UE. Rogeralpine and myself were going to get it but after a few e-mails it was confirmed that they had stock of the original disc, the UE unrated, the UE rated as well. So you would not be guranteed which one you would get and you can't return it.

Dave, that's what I thought should happen but my cart didn't appear at the top right of the screen! I entered CDWow through the Safedoor site and for some reason I was having problems making the order this way!

I have sorted it out now by using the link that Sputnik put up (ta very much) to go straight to the CDWow site and, for my sins, a copy of Pearl Harbour should be on its' way to me soon! :nuts: (and possibly onto my trade list not long afterwards :D ).

So if anyone is having trouble ordering from this site, make sure you don't go in through the Safedoor site first and you shouldn't have any probs!

Still not sure why there should be a problem in the first place though :confused:

I'll just like to say how pleased I am with CD Wow. I ordered two disks late Saturday night and have recieved them today (monday morning) all the way from Hong Kong to Uk in less than two full days!
