Bought a disc from A&B sound which arrived and the case has been damaged, plastic is actually torn. You can see where the corner of the package has been compressed in the cardboard package.
I have what A&B call an RMA but what happens about postage? Am I going to be out of pocket sending this things back to Vancover (sp.)?
