Or if not where can I get just a DVD case??

As stated above Bapapapa has been off loading a lorry full of them in the Classfied DVD section.

theyre expensive but the replacement ps2 cases that Virgin megastores sell have the disc spindle lowered to create some space for the memory card space above - just if youre bothered about getting official replacements :)
