View Full Version : Cellnet SIM
I'm trying to find a cheap SIM for cellnet pay as you go, but everywhere on the web seems to be out of stock.
Can anyone recommend anywhere? TIA

I have one that I am considering selling at the moment it has £4.60 of the original £5 credit left on it. I was looking for around £15 inc p+p for it. It is BT Cellnet Pay&Go and uses the current tarrif.
Let me know if you are interested.

Genie (BT Cellnet) PAYG sim cards - exactly the same features as a standard Cellnet card except you get 300 FREE text messages per month and 24/7 free wap access.
Hope this helps.
I recently bought one from UK Phone Sales (http://www.ukphonesales.co.uk). They're a bit cheap'n'cheerful (the sim chip was taped to the welcome pack!), but it was quick service, and recorded delivery. :)
I think that the BT Cellnet website sells them too.

I bought my BT Cellent SIM card from the BT Cellent website some 16 months ago. It cost £12.50 with £5 call credit. We use it mainly for emergencies and receiving calls, which explains why we still have £2.36 call credit remaining. One of the better things I've done regarding cell phones, cancelling the Vodafone monthly tariff, moving to BT Cellnet Pay As You Go and saving £20 a month in the process. Try the BT website.
Thanks chaps, but the bt/genie pay as you go all seem to need a minimum £10/month. I have a work phone but they're being stingy about personal calls so I'm really looking for something like the original cellnet pay as you go.
I'll keep looking, but if anyone sees any at a good price please shout and let me know.
