Opinions on this band and video please

A close friend directed this video for Screaming Ballerinas, so I'm just trying to get some peoples honest views on both the video and song.

I like it...strong vocals, good tune, seems well-produced but I can't really tell from Youtube. I like the effect on the vocalist's close-up (quite Blondie - I assume that's the image they were going for), but I'm not keen on the four-way split-screen thing. It looks a bit static to me. I thought they were going to go with the 80s TOTP kind of effects, with the windows moving in and out of the screen (if you know what I mean).

But overall - good!
