I mentioned this in the La Ritournelle thread, but since it's a new album (out on Feb 25th) I think it deserves a thread of its own. It's produced by half of Daft Punk and is getting some good reviews. Think I'll need to buy me a copy... Anyone heard it?

As the title suggests i find it quite mellow and more laid back than Politics. There's definitely nothing on here comparable to the bonkers Zombi imo and i wouldn't have guessed the Daft Punk influence had i not read about it previously. A nice enough album i thought, probably works at its best in certain :n0rty: situations

Look, Fingers Of Steel and L'Amour Et La Violence are probably my favs on first listen.

Great news. Apparently it's going to be a version of 'Divine' which is not my favourite from the new album but it has a europop vibe to it and I hope it does well for him.

What's your thoughts on the album then JV?

Maybe I need to listen to it more, but only three tracks are really standing out for me at the moment. (Divine isn't one of them. :D)
