The punch where he 'breaks' his nose looks a good few inches from the face. Certainly not anywhare near enough to cause his head to swing round like that.

The set up between the 2 is fake. They are trying to set up a match of Mayweather and Rey Mysterio (the little guy with the mask that you saw in the clip, which has been taken down now btw) against Big Show and a tag partner (thought to be WWE co-owner Shane McMahon) at WWE's big annual show, Wrestlemania.
From what I'm led to believe though, the punches were legit and Show did get his nose broken.
