Does anyone know if DVD Box Office are any good.Has anyone ordered from them have they got quick service do they answer your e-mails

Genrally with DVDBoxoffice there fine with shipping out preorders.

Orders take about 7-10 days to arrive.

But with back catalog items....it could turn up in a week, could turn up a month...6 months....who knows.

I used them a lot last year but them but found them to be abit slow, I started using them again around Christmas time, still slow but very cheap (you can't have the best of both worlds I suppose unless you use A&B).

They seem to be getting a bit better, recieved my Buffy Season 1 Boxset in 6 days but am still witing for Tron which shipped the same day:( .

Can only really echo what's been said above, if it's a pre-order, not a problem, will be with you within a week, but a released title could take forever, I was waiting a month for Aliens.

A mate had an order go missing in the post, took several months to get the refund, as they kept telling him to wait and see if it turned up.

Yep, DVD Box Office are generally okay with pre-orders but my TRON still has not arrived despite being two weeks on from the despatch date.
