The price is virtually the same for the TV I want, which one has the better after sales CS ?

I've not used any of them - but the avforums.com have some (not so good) comments about ED and RW.

I can recommend empiredirect for friendly, knowledgeable customer order taking and enquiry answering. Delivered my WS TV when they said they would but had no experience as to what their after care is like because I have had no nee (touch wood) to use them.

Thx for the info, after a bit more investigation I think I'll actually go with QED. They beat the others on price and seem to have the best rep :)

I thought QED only did cables.

I just got my JVC 32wft from value-direct (hed). Took a week to deliver but were the cheapest and friendly.
If you put wol before the address the prices drop a bit (through which?);)
