Ive been on 3 for 12 months on a £25 a month tarriff.The Video Talk 350 it was.

It was supposed to be a Free line rental deal but I got stiffed on the cash back so have ended up paying the full price.
I rang 3 30 days before the end to cancel and that was it.As per usual they rang me the other day and offered me a Free Sony K770i and the £15 talker tarriff which is 250 mins and 50 texts for £15 but they said they would reduce it to £10 and that it would stay that price for as long as I stayed with 3.
I wouldnt have minded a Sony K850i which I know 3 do but I couldnt remember the model number and Im not sure whether they would have given it me for Free.So Ive got a Sony K770i on an 18 month Contract for £10 per month.
I dont use my phone alot as since Jan 22nd then Ive used 37 mins and sent 33 texts so not a big user and some months it will be less than that which is why I was going to go PAYG.
So do you think Im better off being tied to a £10 a per month contract for 18 months rather than going to PAYG where if I used the same amount of minutes one month then it would cost more than £10 per month.
I think Ive only ever used 200 mins 1 or 2 times in the last 12 months but who knows in the future then I might start using a mobile more often.
So is it a good deal?
