3000 Miles to Graceland (and RCE)

Play247 lists this (R1) as being RCE. Have anybody have problem playing this title?

My DVD-player is a multi-region Hitachi and I can't watch R1 titles like The Patriot and Hollow Man because these were RCE encoded, but have not had difficulties with other titles with RCE.

Are there more than one kind of RCE being used on R1? The Perfect Storm is another title that I've seen listed as RCE. Both 3000 Miles.. and Perfect Storm is on Warner while The Patriot and Hollow Man is Columbia, I think.

According to my player this is NOT RCE encoded as did not need to switch to manual which I normally have to do
My understanding is Warners do not use it despite Plays claims
