Ordered a couple of discs from down under, both were dispatched on 4th January and still haven't arrived.
Their website says this....
Whilst the Air Mail service is generally very good, it is not unusual for international mail to be delayed. There are numerous reasons for delays, as you can imagine thousands of items go through the mail system daily and can be subject to being mis-sorted and/or mis-directed, as well as possible hold ups in customs. Unfortunately these hold ups are beyond our control. We must allow at least 5 - 6 weeks before we can order an investigation by Australia Post for any late delivery.
Should I hang on for another three weeks or is it worth dropping them a line now?
Just wondered if anyone else had had any delivery problems from Australia.
