"Stealing Beauty" missing subtitles

Useless bloody Fox have screwed up the R1 "Stealing Beauty" by missing out the English subtitles on the Italian language sections.
Can't anyone get anything right anymore?
I am getting SO **** ****** off with all these companies now. They obviously all employ total retards who haven't got a clue about anything. Just about everyday there seems to be a new problem with a different disc.

I admit my memory's a bit hazy but did the UK cinema or TV broadcasts include subtitles.

I may be wrong, but I thought it didn't putting the viewer squarely in Liv Tyler's position of not always knowing or understanding what was happening around her (quite analogous of the 'growing pains she's going through me thinks).
