This looks like another tasty release from Hong Kong Legands and I have it on pre-order with play.
But has anyone seen it?
Is it worth buying?

Dave, you were my main hope.....................
here's a link to a review:
http://www.neo-modus.com/stuntpeople/articles/redwolf.htm
down the page a bit you'll see a picture with the words 'a little taste' above it. Click on the picture and download the 14 sec mpg clip from the film It's only about 450k so it wont take long to download at all.
Looks pretty cool to me

Another few reviews can be found here (http://www.hkmdb.org/db/movies/reviews.mhtml?id=8015&display_set=eng) Looks quite good - there's another £12 spent :o

What do you mean £12 ?.
Its £17.99.
Cheapest seems to be Under 18 (http://www.under18.org.uk/search.cfm?act=detail&item_id=MDV422&CFID=65848&CFTOKEN=33901556&CFID=65848&CFTOKEN=33901556) at £16.99.
I am the only one to think that this Platinum release is sorely lacking extras?

Thats what I've been thinking although obviously we don't know the runtimes of the various features. Someone on the BnB forums said they heard the documentary/featurette on Stunts is 90mins long - although I can't remember for certain as BnB isn't working right now (for me anyway).

I'd imagine any staff discount gets wiped out by the high retail price of highstreet stores compared to the internet.

Having read a few reviews about this film the only concern I have is that its littered with comedy and too be honest HK comedy just doesnt do anything for me Im afraid. The only titles that have made me laugh are Shaolin Soccer, Young Master & City Hunter, maybe Im just a sore-faced git, but I dont think so. However the fights seemingly make up for it, so I'll be ordering it....... actually might go and do that now :)

I thought BnB site had closed down?
no not yet, Neil announced he will be closing it down in February sometime due to personal reasons, though he has still to make a final decision yet
