Basically as per title. I need any in-ear headphones that exist without wires. Any ideas either Wireless of Blueteeth?

Might depend on what style you're after and what kind of usage you intend. I recently bought a pair of Sony HBH-DS970 which I use with my mobile/laptop.. they are in-ears and great sound quality, but the battery life is quite poor to be honest (quoted 6hrs but more like 3~4). These are Walkman branded and aimed at the mobile phone market but Sony also do another in-ear range which have quoted battery of 11hrs so could be better in that respect (I considered the DR-BT25NX, but I think only the DR-BT20NX are available in UK) - although they also have a mic built in so can be used with a mobile as well. In the end I chose the Walman ones as they were cheaper and can be charged by a Sony-Ericsson charger.
Another option would be to get a bluetooth receiver with 3.5mm headphone jack socket to plug your own phones into.. I would have preferred this but the only one I found was the Sony HBH-DS220 which doesn't have play+skip fwd/back controls. However, I noticed a new model (DRC-BT15P) which is due to be launched soon which looks very nice and also has controls (and mic), although only 6hrs battery it seems.

Very useful thanks. I should of pointed out that these were really for an MP3 player not a mobile, so a regular 3.5mm connection is needed.
4 hours would be plenty of juice so that's not a problem and sound quality is not imperative.
Cheers again - will research further :)

Actually now I'm not sure what I'm after even exists
I basically want the MP3 player in my pocket, and headphones without the wire dangling down.

Ah, so the MP3 player doesn't have bluetooth/wireless already built in?.. for that kind of thing you'd need a transmitter to plug into the MP3 player and separate headphones with receiver built in. After quickly looking at Sony again it looks like they sell a transmitter on it's own (TMR-BT10) so you could then choose which bluetooth headphones you want, but it's not cheap (around 40 quid probably) so after buying the headphones the total is going to be 70+. Perhaps someone else does a transmitter+headphones set together which might be better, or there's possibly a cheaper option which uses RF rather than bluetooth.. my Dad has an old set for his home stereo although the transmitter is pretty big, but I guess there could be a portable version around.

I think I might just buy a 4GB memory card for my phone and buy some bluetooth.
The wireless for personal in-the-ear style headphones doesn't seem to be a technology that exists as of yet.
I really need the wire-free option, as I'm a postie and want to wear them while out delivering, but my current wired Senn's either get tangled round my bike or are too short and keep getting pulled out
I'll have to have a further think about it. Cheers.

You'd need a transmitter or as you say, a card for your phone. How about some Oakley Thumps? You wouldn't looke like a cock in those at all on your standard issue RM bike :D

Actually am very tempted by those Motorola's now. Would look a bit of a bell-end though, but that's nothing new.
I like the idea of those as they don't seem to have the dangling wire of the Sony phones.
Hmmm
Though the reviews aren't great on Amazon. Arghhhh

Bought some S9's cheap off Ebay (WARNING WARNING) so will not be a major problem if they turn out as ***** as I fear.
On charge at the moment, will let you all know how I get on

As an alternative, you could get a jacket with some kind of MP3 player pocket / cable management system!
One of these might be of help to you:

Cheers for that. It might just be cheaper to get a memory card for my phone and put more choons on there - I'll see how it goes.
Personally I use a SE phone with A2DP bluetooth profile and a pair of Sony in-ear bluetooth headphones - it's a setup that works a treat.

Well these work great - well pleased.
You quickly forget you are wearing them as they are pretty light. Sound quality is nothing to write home about, but that wasn't what I was looking for really, and in fairness is decent enough.
Cheers DM
Senn are releasing some wireless buds! http://www.engadget.com/2008/01/04/sennheisers-new-mx-w1-earbuds-get-wireless-with-kleer/
