I`ve been thinking of buying the R2 Uk DVD for some time now.And since you folks do know all about DVD`s, i thought i should ask you before ordering.Is it fully uncut?:)

So far as I know - Yes! Certainly the Lone Wolf And Cub films that make up Shogun Assassin are now availible with the infamous scenes intact on R2.

Still - I have heard tell that the films are all being remastered for R1, which would be fantastic due to some poor picture quality on R2 in night scenes.

Just a note - Animego state on their website that they'll be releasing the whole Lone Wolf And Cub series, plus Blind Swordsman films in "Spring 2002" for R1. They've held back on releasing them as they've been working on getting better prints, so this could be interesting.... Depending on the image quality my R2 versions may get a trade in......
