Does anyone know if bensonsworld have stopped using safedoor as a payment option ? I can't see it on the site anymore.

Having said that I have 3 orders that have yet to show up from them using safedoor :mad:

Safedoor are having a meeting with BensonsWorld next week to discuss the problems they have been having, ie customers having to wait a long time ordering from BensonsWorld via Safedoor

Mainly BensonsWorld are saying they never recieved payment from Safedoor, or a very late payment, and Safedoor are saying they sent payment, on time etc etc.

No doubt the link to BensonsWorld will be off the Safedoor site till they sort their differences out!

I recently bought a couple of DVD's from Bensonswrold via the Safedoor website. These were supposed to have shipped on 10/10/02 and I'm still waiting for them.
My credit card statement arrived since and it was debited on that date too.

Don't think I'll be ordering from them again. This was my first time too.

Safedoor have referred me back to Bensonsworld even though they took my payment. That's not very good service!!

Mmmmm makes me wonder this does.... Ive got some vouchers to use with safedoor 2 x 5 quid off but i can only use them in january.... Itll be interesting to see when the link does appear again... cause that clock is ticking !!!
