Best Universal remote

hi

got a touch screen Gemini remote and i don;t like it anymore. i need a good one with buttons and screen to put the following electrical items on to truely have 1 remote.

Phillips PW2006 26" widescreen tv. will become LCD at some point next yr.
Toshiba 6 head VCR
Panasonic dvd recorder - old one
Yakuzu dvd player - will replace at some point
Sky tv - standard box
Sony 5.1 surround sound system - the one from empire direct a yr or 2 ago from bargain forums.

my gemini runs sky, vcr and tv only. won't work with the rest.

budget = about £50 max for new or pref 2nd hand.

You need harmony. Any will do the trick. I think you can buy new for around £50. Have a look around the avforums remote controls section.

Any harmony will work all of your kit.

In about two weeks you will wonder how you ever lived without one.

I still look at mine sometimes and wonder how this simple looking remote can control all my kit effortlessly and even the wife can use it without problems.
