There is a French R2 which is excellent. It's a flipper, but it has the film on one side and a long documentary about the film on the other side. It only has French subtitles for hard of hearing though.

There is a UK R2 release (http://www.bensonsworld.co.uk/detail.asp?product=7000000063752), which I haven't seen, but I recall someone on here on the forums saying that it was a reasonably good version. No idea of its specifications though.
