City of Lost Children R2

Has anyone bought this disc? I've read that it only has the English dubbed version and is full frame with no substantial extras. I really hope that this is not true although knowing some of the past "efforts" of EIV I expect the disc to be even worse....

It's part of EIV's budget range, and as such they don't think you should get the original soundtrack or aspect ratio.

( They did the same with Jackie Chan's Operation Condor. )
