Sainsbuys have 3 bottles for a tenner of decent ish stuff (echo falls etc) but if you buy 6 you get 25% off.

The Smirnoff offer is definitely on as I picked up a 1 litre bottle from my local Morrisons last night. There wasn't an expiry date mentioned on the price ticket but I got the impression it might be for a limited time only, like the Bailey's one (which has now gone up to £12.98).

They also have a 2 for £16 on Boddingtons, Draught Guinness (same as the previous offer which expired on Sunday for this), Carlsberg Export (20 bottles), Stella and a few others.

The Chateauneuf du Pape is a horrid one though (IMO), really bland and characterless.

Further to the bargains, Waitrose are doing two bottles of Stolychnaya Vanil (vanilla vodka) for £20 at the moment, saving £8 over the usual price, and they have Hine VSOP champagne brandy for £22 a bottle, down from £30.

True. It seems to go half price every couple of months, as with the standard Isla Negra. Very nice wines, though, and I always stock up with a few bottles when they're on offer.

Just been to Somerfield and not sure if its a great bargain but they had 4 bottles of wine for a tenner. Think it was a range of Hardys wines but can't remember the exact details.

Also enjoying a bottle of South African Chardonnay by the name of First Cape which was supposed to be half price at 3.99. Not sure if its a bargain but it tastes lovely.
