Hello, I am looking to install a reliable system where I can relay the Sky satellite signal currently in my lounge up to my bedroom on the floor above. I wasnt planning on getting another Sky box and incur the extra monthly charges etc. I've tried a cheap RF signal emitter from Dixons but the signal is poor at best. Can anyone advise, I'm sure I am not alone ... Cheers !

What about a video sender? Cheap as chips nowadays £20. Lets you have full sky on any tv and you can change channels from your bedroom too, simple to set up, plug and play so to speak.

Now that sounds cool - where do I get one ? Any recommendations on one with a good signal. I think this is what I may already have ?

I just ran extension cable from the aerial port downstairs into the TV in my bedroom. I've tacked the cable using pins into the floor and ceiling, but could have done it under carpet or painted it to match the wall colours for it to blend in.
I've also added a magic eye to the end of the cable in the bedroom. Whole DIY job was about £15.
