I have a feeling this will only interest those of us who frequent the computer forum but it likely will only get moved out here. :D
The strength of the dollar naturally means O'Reilly text books are pretty cheap stateside, certainly cheaper than they are at Amazon, but there's also a 3 for 2 offer running (the code's listed next to each book you click to buy).
This also works for PDF versions of books and, unlike Waterstones, et. al., it's actually a 1/3 off voucher rather than cheapest book free thing.
Anyway, I snapped up three PDF O'Reilly's last night for a shade over $50 total and obviously got them instantly with no worries about being slapped for a customs charge. (I have no idea if books get customs charges but I wouldn't want to risk it regardless.)
