hmm - not annoyed, but a little disappointed shall we say?!

Using www.*********************, I noticed Men In Black DTS was cheapest at DeepDiscountDVD, so I went for it. No problem.

Today, my package turned up with the 'normal' Collectors Edition in DD5.1. I sent them an email regarding this incorrect item for a refund/replacement. It appears that the price of the DTS version has increased and they want to replace it, yes, but refund what I've paid and charge me the new price - not on surely?!

I received an email confirmation with my order clearly stating 'Men In Black DTS' at the advertised price (as on their website - in the sale) and they've not supplied this and now want $29.95 instead.

I've been chatting with them by email tonight, but it looks like I'm onto a losing battle here. However, as I mention at the top, I'm a little disappointed that they couldn't have shown some good CS and fulfill the order I made. I don't think that's unreasonable in this case surely? Of course, I'd be getting something at a great price and so of course I'm gonna say that they should supply at this price, but it's a bit more than that.

Any comments?
